Capacity and layout
Do not rely only on a maximum-capacity number. Request sample layouts for your ceremony, dinner, dance floor, stage and weather backup.
Access and logistics
Check loading access, sound restrictions, end time, parking, coach access, guest transfers and nearby accommodation.
Weather contingency
Every outdoor venue needs a realistic plan for rain, wind, heat or cold. Confirm the backup space and the cost of moving the event.
Before paying a deposit
Compare the written proposal, cancellation terms, payment schedule, exclusivity, overtime and supplier rules before committing.
